If your Articles of Incorporation are already filed in the state, we can help you check them for the required IRS provisions. If the IRS provisions need to be added, we can do that for you at no extra cost; the normal fee applies, with no additional fees. However, if your Articles are ready to go, we can give you a discount!

No, you don't! We have good news for you: every dollar you invest in getting your nonprofit started can qualify as a charitable contribution, so you can write it off on your personal taxes. Or, you can be repaid by your nonprofit for expenses incurred, once you have donations coming in. Just be sure to keep good records, and everything in writing. We can help you draft a document to protect your investment, if you wish.

Our focus is helping people start nonprofits and obtain 501c3 status, so in most cases, nonprofit management is not something we address. Normally, we do not assist with nonprofit taxes, specific legal questions, drafting business plans, or other similar aspects of nonprofit upkeep.  Our refund policy is set up for those who are committed to their nonprofit success: after we have sent you the first half of our documents in Step 1, that first half is non-refundable. After we have sent you the second half of our documents in Step 2, that second half is non-refundable. Please be sure you are committed to our service to you, and then go ahead. We are here for you! 

We send you two easy questionnaires: one for the state side, and one for the IRS information. These should take less than an hour to complete, and if you have any questions throughout the process, just give us a call! From the information that you give us (nonprofit name, description of your nonprofit goals, etc.), we prepare perfect documents and an excellent IRS application for you.

Most states take 1-2 weeks to file the Articles of Incorporation. The IRS takes an average of 2-4 months to approve 501c3 applications, although it can also be longer or shorter than that. Our process only takes 5 business days or less! We guarantee that we can have everything prepared for you in 5 business days. Of course, we are also happy to work on your timeline with you.
